7.03.10:: Today a second round loss for the team. The car ran a 5.65 @ 254mph in the first round and it ran a 5.68 @251mph in the losing second round. The car is just not making any power. 6.25.10:: Day one of qualifying at the Summit Racing Equipment Nationals turned out very good for Arthur. The car ran a 5.48 @ 260mph in the hot and humid weather of Ohio. During the second round of qualifying Arthur felt the engine was strange. After the run it was found that there was a broken rod, so an engine change was in order. After one crazy day yesterday, there was a fatal crash at the start of the day, involving Top Alcohol Funnycar driver
Neil Parker. The Top Alcohol Dragsters got one shot at qualifying and it's a good thing there are only 15 cars entered, because Arthur smoked the tires and ended up in 15th place. The rest of the race will be dedicated to the memory of Neil Parker.
6.08.10:: The team will be heading to the
SuperNationals in Englishtown NJ this weekend. The schedule for the Alcohol cars is Friday qualifying at 11:00am and 1:30 pm. Sat qualifying will be at 11:00am and first round will be at 5:00pm.

9.20.09:: UPDATE: Sunday, Arthur wins second
round against a tire smoking Monroe Guest. In the next round, Arthur was up against the world
champion Bill Reichert. Arthur had a great .078 reaction time, and ran a 5.49 @ 262mph, but
it wasn't enough to get the win from Bill.
All and all it was a good weekend
for the team. Looks like the new things Arthur is trying and new tires are helping the car.

9.19.09:: After Dan Fiorelli, Blown Alcohol
Dragster oiled the track in the first session,
Alcohol cars had a shot at the track later in day
and Arthur recorded a 5.58 @ 250mph, dropping
cylinders. On Saturday the first car down the
track was Dan Fiorelli and this time he went off
the end of the track into the net causing damage.
So NHRA cancelled the Alcohol Dragster session setting
the field with only one qualifying pass

Sunday update: Arthur looses in round
1, with a 5.49 @ 261mph, .078 reaction time. So

North Carolina Nationals later in September.
Sunday morning and the Alcohol Dragsters
made another qualifying run at 10am. Arthur ran a
5.43 @266mph. We’ll see if the rain will hold off
so that eliminations can begin.
8.29.09:: RAIN, RAIN and more RAIN.
Racing was cancelled on Friday because of the rain.
Saturday is more rain and when the rain stops water
seeps up through the racing surface. By Saturday
at 6 o’clock no cars have run down the track. The plan
is the 12 Alcohol Dragsters on site will get one
chance to qualify for the 8 spots, if the rain stops.
UPDATE: The Alcohol Dragsters made there first
Qualifying pass of the weekend. Arthur made a very
Soft run of 5.62 @258mph, to make sure he made
It into the field. After a drivers meeting with the
Division director the decision was made to let the
Dragsters make another pass on Sunday morning.

8.28.09:: After a rainy weekend at Maple
Grove, the team has moved on to Cecil County
for the fifth of seventh Div 1 races this weekend.
again it looks like another rainy weekend for the
teams. Arthur has made some changes from last
weekend to see if the car performs better. The
new wings has been taken off and new tires will
be put on the car, to see if that helps. If the rain
stays away, qualifying for the Alcohol cars will
be Friday at 5 and 7pm. All three elimination
rounds will be on Saturday starting at 3pm.

6.14.09:: UPDATE: The weekend turned
out to be great for Arthur Gallant Racing. The car
is running so consistence. Winning in the first
round Arthur ran a 5.34 @ 254mph.Losing lane
choice by .003, Arthur was put into the undesirable
lane and had a losing time of 5.38 @272mph.

6.13.09:: Because of the weather, Saturdays
qualifying for the alcohol cars was cut
short again, but they did get in one more run.

6.12.09:: Bad luck is still following the team.
Rain at the track on Friday changed the
schedule for the Alcohol cars and they only
got one qualifying run in. Arthur's ran wasn't
pretty, because the rear end broke. A pass
of 5.96 @ only 179 mph was good enough
the qualify the car. The Alcohol car will have
another opportunity to qualify on Saturday
June 13th.

06.10.09:: After serveral weeks off, Arthur
has headed off to the United Association NHRA
Super Nationals, Englishtwown, NJ, June 11-14.
Qualifying for the Alcohol cars is Friday June 12th
at 11:00am and 1:30pm.
05.02.09:: And the bad luck continues, maybe it's
the lost four leaf clover. In the first round of
eliminations Arthur came up against the current
World Champion, Bill Reichert. Arthur had a better
reaction time then Bill did, but then suddenly the car
took a hard left turn and crossed the centerline
on two wheels. That was the end of Arthur's weekend.

05.01.09:: Qualifying at the Div 1 race in
Richmond Virginia is over. On the first run
Arthur ran a 5.47 @ 264mph.Just as Arthur was
about to make his run, oil was found on the track.
The track crew cleaned the oil up and the results
were Arthur smoked the tires. So he ended up in
6th position. First round for the race will be

04.30.09:: After a few weeks off the team
has headed off to a Div 1 race at the Virginia
Motorsports Park in Richmond May 1st and 2nd.
Having time off was a good thing because Arthur
found a couple of problems with the car, so this
weekend the car should step up in performance
to where it had been last season. Qualifying for
the Alcohol cars will be Friday the 1st at 1pm and
5pm. First round will be on Saturday the 2nd.

04.05.09:: Division 2 update: Well this weekend
turned out much better for Arthur Gallant Racing.
The weather messed the schedule up a bit, but
Arthur made it to the semi finals. Arthur qualified
third with a 5.38 @271mph. In the first round he ran
a 5.34 @ 270mph. In the second round he ran a 5.40
@269mph, but lost on a hole shot. The new combination
seems to be working, several runs now without smoking
the tires. The team will be home for a few weeks to
regroup and get ready for the next race. We would

04.03.09:: When the team left Houston they
headed to a Division 2 race at South Georgia
Motorsports Park in Cecil Georgia. The Alcohol
cars will be running on Saturday at 5pm and

03.28.09:: Saturday Update: Same story
different weekend. This time Arthur lost first
round fair and square and he even waited
for the tree. Arthur lost first round with a 5.53
@ 269mph. The new combination seems to be
coming around, but we'll have to wait until the
next race to work on it some more.

03.27.09:: Friday update: After the first round
of qualifying Arthur had a great pass. He ran a
5.37 @ 263mph and ended up #2, for now. That's
a good baseline and he's solidly in the field, so
now he can play around with the tune up to see
if he can improve. It's a tough field so to qualify
that high is very good. There was rain overnight
which delayed the qualifying by a couple of hours
then there was heavy rain in the afternoon, which
stopped all qualifing for the day. Next session for
the Alcohol cars will be Saturday morning.
03.26.09:: The Team has headed off to
the O'Reilly Spring Nationals in Houston Texas
this weekend, March 27th to the 29th. The
Alcohol cars will have their first qualifying pass
Friday at 11:30 am and second run at 3:30pm.
Then on Saturday they run the third qual run at
9:30am and first round will be at 1:00pm. It's
going to be a tough field to get into, there are
24 Alcohol Dragsters pre entered for the event.

03.14.09:: UPDATE Arthur was in a hurry

was activated, there is always another race...

03.13.09:: The first day of qualifying at the
GatorNationals in Gainesville Florida for the
Alcohol cars is completed. Arthur ran a 5.42
@ 267mph. This put him at #6 position. Looks
like the new combination that Arthur is trying
is starting to work. There will be another qualifying
run Saturday morning at 10:30. Weather conditions
are looking great for the weekend.

Florida is over. Arthur ended up qualifying

02.20.09:: The team stayed in Florida,
but traveled to the next race in Gainesville
This is Arthur's Birthday weekend, so maybe
it will bring him some luck. This is the second
division 2 race of the season and Arthur is trying
out new equipment today. The race will be held
from Feb. 20th to the 22nd. Alcohol cars will only
have two qualifying runs on Saturday Feb.21st
at 3:00 and 6:00pm

02.15.09:: Well that was a short weekend for
team. In the first round of eliminations Arthur
lost traction and in turn lost to Robin
Samsel, who ran a 5.49. maybe next weekend
will turn out better. The team will remain in
Florida and head to another Div 2 race in
Gainesville Florida. The race will be held from
Feb. 20th to the 22nd. Alcohol cars will have
qualifying on Saturday Feb. 21st at 3:00 and
6:00pm.
02.14.09:: Arthur qualified in third position
after a tire smoking first try, he then ran a 5.38 @
266mph. Not bad for the first race on the new
94%. Eliminations for the Alcohol cars starts at

02.13.09:: The 2009 season has begun.
With the new racing season comes a new NHRA rule for
the A/Fuel cars. NHRA has dropped the Nitro
percentage to 94% down from 96%.
This weekend the team has headed off to Bradenton
Florida, for the first divisional race of the season.
The race will be at the Bradenton Motorsports Park
Feb. 13th to the 15th. This will be the teams first
opportunity to see what 94% gives them. The weather
is looking good, so that's in their favor. The Alcohol cars will be running on Saturday Feb 14th
at 2:30pm and again at 5:30pm.

01.01.09:: Arthur Gallant Racing completed the 2008 season finishing in forth place Nationally in the Lucas Oil Series and ended up winning the Division 1 Championship for the forth time.

09.07.08:: Arthur is a double winner this weekend. Arthur won the race at Englishtown New Jersey and also sewed
up the Division 1 Championship. Going into this race there was a three way tie for first place in the division. Tropical Storm Hanna passed over the track so that the Alcohol cars got in? another qualifying run. Arthur qualifying in the number two position with a 5.37, meant that he wouldn't meet the other two guys until a later round. As luck would have it, the two

09.06.08:: Topical Storm Hanna has hit the Division 1 points race at Englishtown New Jersey
so racing for Saturday has been halted. The Alcohol cars got one run in and that maybe the only run they get, if the track isn't dry by 10:00

08.23.08:: UPDATE Same story different race. After qualifying number one, and running a 5.359
number one, and running a 5.359 @ 268.92 mph in the first round, Arthur then went onto the semi

@ 296.73. The car is still running very consistantly,
which again is a good thing, the lights need

08.17.08:: Another semi final loss on a hole shot. Arthur ran a

08.16.08:: This is the 18th National event that Arthur has
qualified in the number one position. Arthur got by first
round, running a 5.28 @ 265, the fastest run of the event.
08.15.08:: Day one is over at the Toyo Tire Nationals in
Maple Grove PA. Arthur sits number one after two sessions
of qualifying. Arthur ran a 5.293 @ 274mph and a 5.296
@ 273mph, just like a bracket car. There is one more round of

Reading PA for the Toyo NHRA Nationals Aug 14-17.

08.10.08:: Arthur Gallant Racing wrap up. Arthur went to the semi
finals in Brainerd Minn. First round he ran a 5.32 @ 272mph
second round he went a 5.39 @266 mph and in the third round
he ran a losing 5.44@ 271mph. Arthur had high mph for the

Arthur. He missed qualifying number one by .013. Arthur ran
a 5.324 @ 275.35 mph. Qualifying for Friday is over until

08.06.08:: The team is off to the next race which will be the
Lucas Oil Nationals in Brainerd Minn, Aug 7 to 10th. First

UPDATE: We have a runner up. In the final round
against John Finke, Arthur had a .038 light and ran a 5.55 @
269mph. It just wasn't enought to get the the winning light.

06.19.08 :: Arthur and the team have headed off to the next race, which is the
Lucas Oil Super Nationals in Englishtown
NJ, June 19-22. The Alcohol cars are scheduled to qualify on Friday June 20th
at 11:00am and 1:30pm. The again the
Alcohol cars have another qualifying run on Saturday at 11am.

Arthur Gallant Racing wrap up from Division 1 Race June 13-14
06.14.08 :: We have a WINNER again. Arthur and the team had low et and
high mile an hour for the Division 1 race at Atco New Jersey. during the heat of the
day the A/Fueler ran a 5.39, which is an
outstanding number and a high of 272.50 mph. In the final round, Arthur's opponent
couldn't make the call, so Arthur just took
the green and idled down the track, to conserve the Nitro.?Next
race is the Lucas oil Super Nationals in Englishtown New Jersey,
June 19-22
? 06.14.08 :: UPDATE: After Friday the 13th qualifying, Arthur is
again low qualifier with a 5.400 @ 272.50 mph. Arthur has been
number one qualifier at all three of the Division 1 races so far this
season. Eliminations start at 2pm today.

05.24.08 :: Arthur and the team lost in the semi finals, with
a quicker 5.43 to a 5.45. Arthur got messed up on the staging
process. Next race will be another Div 1June 13 to the 15th, in
Atco NJ.
05.23.08 :: UPDATE Qualifying has been completed
for the Div 1 race in Maple Grove PA. Arthur ended up in
the number one spot with a 5.252 @276.84. Arthur's good
friend Bill Reichert from Michigan, the present World Champion
in Top Alcohol Dragster, is in the number two spot with a
5.327.
05.22.08 :: Coming off a win at the first Div 1 race in Richmond,
Arthur and the team have headed to Maple Grove PA, for the
second Div 1 LODR series. The team is excited at how well the
car is running and have high hopes for a second win this
weekend. The qualifying runs will be May 23, at 1:00 pm and
5:30 pm. First round elimination will be May 24th at 3:00pm. For

05.03.08 :: We have a winner...Congratulations to Arthur
and the team on the first win of 2008.This was the first
race in Division 1 of the season held at Virginia Mortorsports
Park, Richmond VA. Hopefully there will be many more this
year. In the winning final round, Arthur went a 5.451
@ 270.92, with a .024 RT. Arthur had low et 5.31 and high
mph 272 for the race.
05.02.08 :: Congratulations to Julie Moyser for completing
all the runs necessary to upgrade her license to Top Alcohol
Division 1 begun the first race of the season at Virginia
Motorsports Park today. After the first qualifying pass
Arthur is number one, running a 5.31 @ 272 mph. That
gives Arthur a tenth on the field, right now. The second

04.29.08 :: Next race on the schedule is a Lucas Oil
points race at the Virginia Motorsports Park, May 2-4.
On Thursday May 1st, Julie Moyser will again make a
pass in Arthur's car, for her final run to upgrade her
license to Top Alcohol.
04.27.08 :: AGR ended up qualifying third for the Summit
Southern Nationals in Atlanta GA. First round Arthur
faced off against Dana Stripe. Arthur won the round and
goes onto the second round. In the second round Arthur
faces Diana Harker driving Randy Meyer's A/Fuel dragster.
Strange, Arthur had a red light, giving the easy win to
Diana. Arthur ran a 5.324 @ 269.62 mph.
04.24.08 :: Arthur and the team have taken off to the Summit
Southern Nationals in Atlanta Georgia. The first qualifying round
for the Alcohol cars is on Friday April 25 at noon and second
qual round is at 4:00pm. Third round will be on Saturday at
1:00 pm. First round of eliminations is Saturday at 5:00 pm.

03.31.08 :: Following the race in Houston, again Julie Mosyer
made another pass in the A/Fuel dragster to upgrade her
current Super Comp license to Alcohol. Julie made her first
1000ft pass and she ran a 5.43 @254 mph. While the team
was waiting to make the last pass that Julie needs to make
to upgrade her license, the weather didn't co-operate and
it started raining. Julie will again make her final pass after
the race in Atlanta, April 24-27th. Congratulations Julie !!
03.30.08 :: AGR's weekend ending with smoking the tires in
round 2 against Darryl Hitchman, who ran the best run all
weekend, a 5.31. It's been a tough weekend and our prays
are with Saber for a recovery from her emergency surgery.
Things are not looking very good right now. Again on Monday
Julie Mosyer will be driving the car to get more runs

03.29.08 :: The field for the Top Alcohol Dragsters is set at
the O'Reilly Spring Nationals in Houston Texas. Arthur ended up
number 2, with the 5.27 he ran yesterday. On the second and
third qualifying runs, he tryed out new tires, which didn't work
out that well. First round of eliminations is scheduled for later
today. Arthur will face off against Brandon pierce from Oklahoma.
Round one had Arthur running a 5.32 @ 267.37 mph. Check

03.28.08 :: The weekend is starting out great. On the first
qualifying round at the O'Reilly Spring Nationals in Houston
Texas, Arthur ran low et, a 5.272 @ 276.18. This is a career
fastest run for Arthur. The weather conditions were 76
degrees, 68% humidity and the track temperature was 104.
03.22.08 :: The next race is the O'Reilly Spring Nationals
in Houston Texas, on March 29-30th. The schedule for the
Alcohol cars is first qualifying run will be on Friday ar 12:00
and second qualifying will be at 4:00pm. We would like to
congratulate Julie Mosyer for successfully completing two
passes in the car on Monday after the Gatornationals. Julie
will also make two passes on the Monday following the
Houston race to complete the upgrade for her Alcohol
license.
03.16.08 :: First round at the Gatornationals ended AGR's
weekend. Arthur ran a losing 5.54 @258mph. The car dropped
cylinders and had a huge wheel stand that gave opponent Artie
Allen a chance to pass on by.
Next race on the schedule is Houston Texas, March 28-
30th. Maybe AGR will have some better luck at the second race
of the season.
03.14.08 :: It wasn't pretty but after an abbreviated Saturday
Arthur and the team ended up in the 8th position with a 5.499
@ 261.67 mph. Being the first race of the season, with the
weather situation in Gainesville, and only two passes, it wasn't
that bad. Tomorrows weather conditions look to be better, so
hopefully the team can step up to past performance that the car
has seen in Gainesville.
03.14.08 :: The racing for Friday has been called off because of the weather. So we'll have to waiting until tomorrow to find out how rusty Arthur's driving will be.

On Monday March 17th Julie Mosyer from New York will be upgrading her license from Super Comp to Alcohol Dragster in Arthur's car. The licensing runs will be at the track in Gainesville Florida. We wish Julie good luck!!
03.13.08 :: Arthur is back!!! Arthur Gallant Racing

Arthur will be behind the wheel (for the first time since 2006) at the Gatornationals in Gainesville, FL, with several new crew members, to open the season.

10.30.06 :: This
turned out to be a very long weekend. It started with
qualifying on Friday. Arthur qualed in the number one spot
with a 5.336 @ 272.89. Then the skies opened up and racing
was cancelled for the day. On Saturday and Sunday the winds
were so bad that racing was cancelled again until Monday.
Finally on Monday it was good enough to continue the race.
First round Arthur ran a 5.74 @ 186.90 shutting down early.
Second round he went a 5.28 @271.02. Third round was the
same story as all year, the car shook and it was all over.
For the seventh time this season Arthur was runner up.
